Heated vs. Non-heated

Infrared Heated Classes

Our heated classes use infrared technology, a gentle, radiant heat that warms your body from the inside out, rather than simply heating the air around you. Infrared heat penetrates deeply into muscles and joints, supporting increased flexibility, improved circulation, and faster muscle recovery. The warmth also allows you to ease deeper into your practice and may intensify your overall experience.

Our non-heated classes are held at room temperature and offer a full, deeply engaging experience. Without the heat, you can focus entirely on your strength, form, and movement, challenging and rewarding in its own right.

Non-heated Classes

Any class with a + at the end of its name is an infrared heated class. No + means the class is non-heated. When browsing the schedule, just look for that plus sign to know what you’re stepping into.
